Our academy was founded in 1993 in Orlando Florida by
Grandmaster Sifu N. L. Nguyen. From 1993 to the year 2000
we taught Kung Fu, Karate, Aikido, Chin Na and Internal Power.
After the year 2000 Master Nguyen geared his teaching to a
new concept which helped his students achieve faster results
specially int he area of health, fitness, peak performance and
longevity. Since then we downsized our academy so we can
focus on other dynamic ways of teaching martial arts and fitness
which include local instruction, retreats, and seminars
worldwide.
We offer special instruction for seminars, retreats and
conventions nationwide and worldwide: We will go to any
school or convention regardless of style of training. For
example we can share our knowledge of internal power with
any martial art stylist or Secrets of optimal health and longevity
with any body.We will go any where in America and abroad if
we are needed.
We usually have weekend retreats in Orlando, Florida
We also provide small classes and private instruction for
local folks in Central Florida.
We offer 3 dynamic programs:
1) A powerful martial art system:
2) DDR Natural Fitness: (De-Stress, Detox and Renew) .
3) Get-In-Shape Urban Self Defense:
For best results we offer these programs in small group classes
and private lessons. This kind of format allow us to focus on
each individual and monitor his/her progress. We have classes
everyday and by appointments for private instructions.
At Iron and Silk Training Center, under the guidance and
teaching of Master Sifu Nguyen, we promote healthy lifestyles
and share our knowledge with others. We will show you how to
achieve beyond the ranks, the prowess and the nice body
shapes. Our mission is to help you realistically improve your
mind and body, maximize your physical and mental power.(For
example: Just Positive Thinking Training alone could change
the outcomes in life or Stress Reduction Exercise alone could
bring you inner peace and prevent illness). Therefore, you can
do whatever you want to do and be whoever you want to be
while enjoying a dynamic life with optimal health, power and
success.
