Grandaster Sifu N. L. Nguyen is an innovative educator in the field
of natural health and martial arts. He is the founder of Tai San
Hap Kune Do, a well rounded martial art and fitness system
which has been taught in America since the 90's.
At the age of five, the young Nguyen was taught traditional family
martial arts by his grandfather, a Chinese immigrant to Vietnam.
The young Nguyen was also introduced to other forms of martial
arts early on. He devotedly studied Kung Fu, Muay Thai Kick
Boxing, Karate, Aikido, Jujitsu and Internal Chi Energy (Chi
Kung), in addition to his family arts, and within twenty years,
became a master of these disciplines.
Master Sifu Nguyen is an individual with immense passion for
arts, poetry, music and architecture. He holds several college
degrees in Architecture and Interior Design from Florida
International University. After a few years working in architecture
industry, Master Nguyen returned to his original passion which is
martial arts and fitness. He opened Martial Art Masters Academy
in Orlando and began his teaching career.
After more than a decade of operating martial art and fitness
centers, Master Sifu Nguyen shifted his focus to a new
revolutionary teaching and training concept which will bring much
faster results and more benefits to practitioners whether they do
fitness or martial arts. He then founded Asia Dynamic Mind and
Body Training Center so he could specialize his teaching to this
new concept. Master Sifu Nguyen is well known in the
community of fitness and martial arts in America. His academy is
the only school that offers Holistic Martial Fitness
(A new way of exercise for optimal health and fitness using
martial art base) in addition to his powerful martial art programs
mentioned earlier.
Master Nguyen's teaching offers something very special that is
not available anywhere. His materials greatly benefit people in the
field of mind and body training regardless of their style or
discipline or their ages. For example he teaches a unique
program called " Iron body and peaceful mind" which can benefit
everyone. In the past, he has taught a group of high school
athletes how to improve their speed and strength without enrolling
in a martial art program. In just a couple of weeks, the results
really amazed the parents and high school coaches.

A few years ago, my best
friend began telling me
about a martial arts
instructor that he had met.
He described someone of
amazing ability that often
did things that seemed
beyond belief.
While Sifu Grandmaster
Nguyen's ability surely
lived up to that ideal, and
even surpassed it, his skill
quickly became one of the
many amazing things
about him. After meeting
Sifu Nguyen, it was no
longer about what he
could do, but who he was
and the life he lives. I no
longer came just to learn
to fight but to learn how to
live a better and fuller life.
I will always owe Sifu for
guiding me to where I am
in life, and I will continue to
owe him gratitude and
thanks for the life I have
yet to lead.
